Celebrating the end of the year with an Atlas Awards ceremony!

Kids at Ocean View & Masiphumelele High Schools celebrated the end of the year with an Atlas Awards Ceremony!

Atlas South Africa provided certificates, water bottles, and kit bags for the kids. Many of the children can’t afford to buy themselves water bottles and kit bags for rugby training, so they were delighted to receive these. The children are proud to be part of the Atlas rugby programme, and they are motivated to work hard at school, with the hope that they will be able to uplift themselves and their communities.

The Atlas rugby programme is giving children at Ocean View & Masi an alternative to a life of gangs, crime, and addiction that sadly many kids here see as their only option.
